Marco Antonio Méndez Martell

I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I am able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. Currently studying a degree to become an airline pilot and seeking an entry level position as a virtual assistant. My full experience:

• Served as a coordinator in two cinemas in which I exceeded expectations of the “guests” at all times.
• Customer support at Concentrix to provide telephone assistance about electric vehicles and charging stations (ChargePoint).
• Ground Handling operations services. My tasks where to coordinate load and unload service for cargo airlines (FEDEX, DHL, Cargo jet) at the Queretaro Intl. airport. 

I am a nice, proactive and friendly person, I am honest and punctual, I work well in a team but also on my own as I like to set myself goals which I will achieve, I have good listening and communication skills. I am well organized and always plan ahead to make sure I manage my time well. Willing to excel, learn and provide the best results.
