At Tata Consultancy Services, as Sr Product Manager, I lead the account for Prudential Financial.This opportunity came when I covered for a VP's absence and proactively volunteered to oversee ahighly complex and globally visible project. The project's primary objective was to migratePrudential Brazil's on-premise infrastructure, including applications, groups, users, workstations,and franchisees, to Prudential's US Corporate network. This undertaking involved managing abudget of 18M USD, which had been under negotiation for two years. At that stage, the teams werefinalizing the architecture of the proposed solutions, including the hardware and software Bill ofMaterials (BoM), as well as coordinating various aspects such as Risks, Dependencies, Network,Servers, Security, Storage, Extranet, Backup, Internal DNS, External DNS, and more. Undoubtedly, itpresented a significant challenge. However, during my two-week project leadership, I completed100% of Risks and Security surveys, the 18 BoMs and made substantial progress on 5 of the 15ongoing technical solutions. As a result, upon the VP's return from vacation, he met withstakeholders and invited me to take over the project permanently.

Working as Head of Operations at Mablisse Bedding, I directed the restructuring plan for the homeand professional lines, building new sales channels and e-commerce for the company's new homeline. My strategy was to hire an e-commerce marketing analyst to create the website design. Then,while mediating their work with the PMO, I hired a professional to make the mockups and definethe details of the images with the stylist. After 12 months, the company launched a website withERP for inventory control, integration with social networks, establishing a previously inexistentpresence on social media, and sales increased by 20%, with 8% of all company revenue comingfrom e-commerce alone.
