Marc Limwell Morales

I have 5 years experience in a BPO industry with a mixed of Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support Representative. I have talked to a lot of different kind of people in the this industry. I can handle pressure and irate customer just simply think that customer is always right and I always give them importance because if there is no customer there is no BPO. I am a team player I can work with anyone and I always follow what my supervisor wants or our goal. I am a dedicated person when it comes to doing my job I always want to make sure that I provided a good customer service experience. 

I am looking for any job that can apply my skills and knowledge a job that I can provide my best practices that I have learned from my previous job. Any position will do because I am willing to be trained and I am a fast learner.
