Marc Ivan Enriquez

I am a customer service rockstar. I have worked in both financial and hospitality industry for BPO companies and I have worked as an assistant for an Insurance Manager and also a company owner who I helped built the company from the ground up. I also worked as a digital artist at one point and my most recent job was as a Warehouse house supervisor which handles deliveries, inventory, and personnel.

I am passionate about customer service. I am a critical thinker, a great problem solver, have integrity, high comprehension, works well under pressure, and reliable. I am also highly trainable and can easily pick up new skills.
