I am a 57 year (Young) Woman!
I was born in Mozambique and have lived in many African countries through my life, very privileged indeed! Therefore, I am fluent in English and Portuguese with a smattering knowledge of French.
I am married with 3 children, two boys, one 37 and one 35 and a baby girl of 27 years!!
I have many years experience as an Executive Personal Assistant, I view myself as a highly competent PA and I have a proactive, energetic and deadline driven attitude.
I feel that I have in my previous positions maintained extremely functional office environments whilst ensuring optimal productivity, including working remotely for a Forensic Accounting firm!
I have a knack for problem solving and work well under pressure. I respond well to requests from colleagues, staff and executives in a timely manner and am adept at prioritizing multiple ongoing projects. In my previous roles, I was responsible for arranging appointments, organising international/national travel, transport and accommodation for my clients, answering phone calls and taking messages, diary management, typing of extensive reports,minute taking and document creation as well as the maintaining of the normal administrative tasks needed to keep the wheels of an office turning smoothly.
I am a confident, quiet and polite and organised individual, with excellent communication skills. I excel at multi-tasking and time-management. I am professional, discreet and personable, meaning I am able to develop good working relationships with clients and office staff, making me an asset to any team. I work exceptionally well under pressure and enjoy solving problems. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint as well as familiar with several industry software systems and adapt quickly to new programs.
