I am a senior Metallurgical Engineer with over 25 years of international experience leading operations, engineering, and process optimization across the mining, metals, and cement industries. I have held leadership roles in renowned companies such as Anglo American, Horizonte Minerals, and MELTIUM Solutions, where I have managed large-scale projects from greenfield development to operational readiness and turnaround strategies.

My core strengths include pyrometallurgy, furnace operations, kiln optimization, and end-to-end process improvement. I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams of over 120 people, implemented Lean Six Sigma practices, and delivered performance improvements that resulted in cost savings, increased throughput, and award-winning case studies.

I bring proven expertise in feasibility studies (NI 43-101), equipment selection, commissioning, and Capex/Opex evaluations. As a consultant, I’ve provided due diligence and technical advisory for private equity firms and international investors in the industrial sector.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, I thrive in multicultural environments and have executed projects across the U.S., Brazil, Mexico, and Venezuela. My current base is in Orlando, Florida, and I am open to remote, hybrid, or travel-based roles.
