In respect to my past position as a Virtual Assistant (Market Researcher/Analytics/Customer Service/Data Entry) for four years with my former company, I feel reasonably certain that my experience and adequate training in this field of work shall afford some proof that I could take a considerable amount of responsibility to handle a more complex work.

Some of my past tasks as a Virtual Assistant were:

-Perform research on companies and identifying appropriate contact

person including their contact details and other general information of

their businesses.

-Call Companies within Energex Areas and set phone appointments for

the Sales Team.

-Interpret and analyze info received from Energy Retailers using basic

electrical engineering techniques.

-Use the data I’ve analyzed to make presentations onto Powerpoint to be

presented to potential clients by the sales team in Australia.

-Maintain our client database.

I also strove in the competitive sales industry when I was a Sales Manager for Voip Company out of Canada. I was responsible for acquiring and maintaining new business opportunities by selling VOIP Solutions to Enterprise accounts and small business, which encompasses hardware, software and services to ensure individual success and meet the organization's business objectives. We had to do cold calling, which is often a challenge just getting past the gatekeeper but I consider that challenge the fun part. Juggling between cold calling, nurturing leads and managing a team of appointment setters, I had to multi-task efficiently with precision. I had to consolidate and present team records and documents in a timely manner, whilst ensuring accuracy of reports to avoid erroneous recording of data.

It is therefore, with all humility that I express my intention to secure a position in your company. Notice also that I am seeking a position that would further widen my background and help me gain the maturity and experience I need for my future endeavor.

With the training and knowledge that I have acquired, quality of service and efficiency of work is ensured if and when I will be given the opportunity to fill-in the post.
