Manu Srivastava

I am a first year MBA student at University of Calgary, Canada. My extensive work in Automobile Dealership Management has provided me practical hands on experience of Client Management and Marketing Consultancy.

Through my nine years of experience in client management, I have developed strong organizational, leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to lead different teams in various geographical areas. Through my strong analytical and planning skills, I mentored my clients, developed strategic techniques and procedures, advised methodologies to increase customer turnup, and eventually contributed to business growth and high profitability. This resulted in strengthening of client bottom line by more than 50% YOY. Moreover, as a winner of ‘Fresh and Fast’, an entrepreneurial case competition that aligned resolution of social issues with innovation in Calgary, I gained an intensive experience of providing pioneering and transformational ideas and innovative solutions to a panel of distinguished judges. I also presented strategic case solution to senior executives of PepsiCo Food West Canada(PFWC) on the issue of ‘Control Label’ products and, capturing substantial market share in E-Commerce business. The solutions were highly appreciated by the executives, as a few disruptive ideas would be considered and implemented by PFWC.

Additionally, having worked in highly competitive profiles, I have developed an excellent grasp of market forces, an intuitive understanding of consumer psychology, and overall, an enduring disposition to the corporate world. The journey has been an enriching one and I realize that I have acquired adequate understanding and competencies to make a difference at the projects offered to me. I bring an enthusiastic, diligent and devoted attitude along with the ability to adapt quickly to varying work requirements. I will offer my extensive experience of marketing and business development, and am committed to work diligently to meet the demands of the organization and to become a productive part of the team. I have a strong work ethic, competence to manage multiple projects at a time, and a desire for continuous learning.
