A leader with over 15 years of experience in local and global companies. Since always associated with sales and relationship management of B2C and B2B. During my professional activity as the leader in retail, my teams repeatedly achieved above-average results in the areas of our responsibility.

In 2020, I decided to use my experience to work with leaders who are looking for a path of development in harmony with self. I became a coach and founded my own company - Your Way, which was created out of passion and talent for human development.

Currently, I cooperate with TLnC Global - coaching / consulting institute of GALLUP, specializing in the development of leaders, teams and organizations based on the tool Clifton StrengthsFinder™.

In 2020 my first book "Leader in the sneakers, so how to be a leader in harmony with self" was released by INFOR. The book combines elements of story-telling with theoretical knowledge and practical exercises based on coaching tools. More details: www.liderwtrampkach.pl
