I am a results driven professional with a diverse background in healthcare, marketing, leadership, and operations. With over six years of experience managing pharmacy operations and three years leading digital marketing initiatives. I bring a rare combination of clinical expertise and strategic business insight. My strength lies in my ability to create systems, lead teams, and build effective marketing strategies that educate, engage, and drive measurable results.

As a licensed pharmacist and former Operations Manager at Trinity Meds Pharmacy, I oversaw day-to-day business functions, from inventory management and staff scheduling to customer service and regulatory compliance. I streamlined workflows to boost efficiency and improve patient experience, while also leading the pharmacy’s digital transformation. I planned and executed social media strategies, created health content, ran online campaigns, and used analytics tools to refine outreach and engagement.

My leadership extends beyond pharmacy walls. As Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Marketing Manager of the Healthy Mind Foundation, I manage end-to-end operations for a growing non-profit focused on health education. I lead a team of volunteers, coordinate community events, and develop marketing and communications strategies across digital, print, and in-person channels. I also create campaigns that raise awareness and drive donor engagement, and I use performance data to continually improve outcomes.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of the West Indies and certifications in Digital Marketing and E-commerce (Coursera/Google) and Strategic Customer Relationship Management (HubSpot Academy).
