Maja Culić

I’m passionate and determined person who is not afraid of new challenges that comes with that role. I believe I’m a team player and I’m comfortable both in leadership and player roles, as I consider that synergy between team member can produce creative and productive results. I’m creative, open minded, friendly person with strong communicative skills. During the last several years in Lidl, both in Serbia & Slovakia, I have gained valuable experience in leadership and implementing standards. In process of recruitment I had more than 250 interviews to create the best team and it led to manage a team of 40+ employees. My responsibilities as Regional Manager are handling all aspects related to Lidl business (employment, managing employees, educate them about process, standards and company values, following up KPI's and productivity).
