Hello! My name is Mailyn Bedona, and I am a dedicated Freight Specialist with a strong background in cargo tracking, dispatching, and customer support. I bring expertise in coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing seamless communication between drivers, clients, and stakeholders.

My journey in the freight industry started with hands-on experience tracking cargo, specifically working with deliveries from Walmart.com. I was responsible for locating drivers, updating customers on delivery statuses, and resolving any conflicts that arose between drivers and clients. Through this role, I developed strong problem-solving skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a deep understanding of freight operations.

With a degree in Management Accounting and a Certificate in Freight Course, I combine my analytical skills with a structured approach to logistics management. I am proficient in using CRMs, tracking systems, and spreadsheets, ensuring that every shipment is accounted for and that operational data is well-organized. I am also highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in load tracking, documentation, and scheduling.

Customer service is at the heart of my work. I excel in handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining clear communication with drivers, brokers, and clients. My ability to de-escalate tense situations and find solutions quickly has been instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

While I am new to the Freight VA industry, my experience in logistics, coupled with my adaptability and eagerness to learn, allows me to take on freight-related roles such as dispatching, load tracking, and customer support with confidence. I am open to both full-time and part-time opportunities, and while I can work night shifts, I prefer daytime shifts due to my current postpartum stage.
