I help business owners lessen their workloads by assisting them with administrative tasks, customer service, etc. I have been working in a customer service/ sales industry since 2006. I started working as an independent contractor in 2017 and have handled clients from Canada, Australia and USA.

I am a good addition to your team as I can easily grasp the tasks given to me with minimal supervision. As I go though a task, I ensure that I provide feedback and recommendations on how we can improve the current set up if I can identify any.
