Hello. My family and friends call me Meys for short. I am 30 years old. I'm the youngest in the family and I become the breadwinner since my father died on March 2022. I'm currently employed as a Customer Service Representative for 7 years.
As a customer service, I always put the customer first and make sure that they know that they are important. I listen to their problems and offer the best solutions. I'm handling retention accounts and answering inquiries thru email.
I am enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, and hard-working. My rule of thumb is to first seek to understand, then seek to be understood. Not only does listening to the other person allow me to determine the root of the problem, but it also helps ease the tension so we can communicate more calmly and effectively.
