Magdalena Przybylowska

In 2012 I graduated with Honours Degree in Industrial Design, where we were taught problem-solving, always thinking about the user and provide solutions that make a positive impact. During my college years, I worked simultaneously in 3 jobs to support myself. It was though, but worth it!

In order to increase my skill set, I signed up for HTML & CSS course where I learned basic coding and build few basic websites.

After that, I secured a Creative Design position in an Automation Company, where I was responsible for the rebranding of the company and during my time there I worked on various projects with teams from around the world. A lot of my work was used in Australia and Saudi Arabia. I was also given a chance to work with teams from America on the company's website.

Fast forward to today. I am currently working as a Freelance Creative/digital Designer in Galway. My responsibilities include meeting with clients, listening to their needs, understanding their industry, research, concepts, wireframing, user testing and design.

The programs which I use on daily basis are Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe ProPremiere & UXPin.I have experience in Adobe After Effects and Adobe InDesign. I am also proficient in Solid Works. I find my basic knowledge of HTML & CSS useful as I can help with basic coding if needed. Although mostly I am responsible for delivering well-thought design solutions which are then passed to the developers. Recently I was awarded Scholarship with Google and Udacity for Front-end developer.

I often work remotely and we use software like Slack, Trello and Quip to stay in contact with team and make sure that the projects run smoothly.I also use Google products like: Docs, Calendar, Drive etc.
