I have 5 years experience in automation with the use of zapier. I integrate softwares, i zap two softwares for possible notifications. I’m also good with communication tools both internal and external tools like slack, Microsoft teams, google chat, hubspot, zen desk etc. Internal tool is what I use for communicating with my team members in my company where by we assign tasks, plan meetings, cuddles, discuss important issues within. Then with my external tools hubspot, zen desk, GoHighLevel, etc. This is where I can communicate and solve my clients tickets, take calls, text . We also do all the necessary integrations if needed on this crm softwares for making our work easier through add-ons or market place. Thank you
