I started my career in the Business Process Outsourcing / Call Center Industry in 2011 as a Customer Service Associate in a Financial Campaign. As a Customer Service Associate I provided customerĀ support to our client's customers and address any issues they have. In 2013, I was promoted and became part of our Escalations Team under the same Campaign. After 3 years I moved up and became part of our Quality Team as Call Monitoring SpecialistĀ until 2019. And in 2020 - 2021 I decided to start my career as Freelancer for US Based Real Estate Firm.
