In 2014, I was hired by HP Philippines for one of their accounts. I was hired as a Hotel Reservations Specialist and was eventually transferred to Customer Service when the line of business opened. I was part of the 1st batch. I got to work directly with clients and acted as a Subject Matter Expert for the succeeding batches.
