In my current role as Finance Controller, I am responsible for managing the overall financials of the company and overseeing a remote accounting team in the Philippines, reporting directly to the CFO and Owner. My background includes extensive experience in reconciling accounts receivable and payable, managing cash flow, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for multiple plants across the Philippines, Singapore, and Japan.
