Hi there! My name is Maria. I have been in the call center industry for almost 4 years. Started as a customer service representative and worked my way up to Escalation Representative to Escalation Supervisor. The last industry I worked with is a prescription drug plan based in the US where we take both inbound and outbound calls providing excellent customer service to our members. Working as an Escalation supervisor has given me the opportunity to learn more skills such as management and organizational skills.
I also worked as a Virtual assistant for over a year. Part of my tasks are managing emails, providing customer support through Email, Phone and Slack, CRM management, appointment setting and admin tasks.
