I have been working remotely for a year as a appointment setter and list scrubber prior to that I worked 5 years in the call center industry and 6 years in aviation industry. My diverse past work experience gave me the opportunity to gain knowledge and enhance my skills in Telemarketing, Customer Service, Call handling ( inbound and outbound ), Team management , Ticketing and Software tools utilization. Also, I learned additional skills in Marketing, Real Estate ( Transaction Coordination ), Photo and Video editing ( canva, pixlr, adobe photoshop and powtoon ), social media ads and web blogging.
