As a call center representative for H&R Block, AT&T, Time Warner and staples.com I received calls from customers and work to assist them with their technical or services related issues. I am organized and focused on details. My positive character and friendly phone voice aid on customer’s comfort and to calm agitated callers.
In my previous role, I exercised customer service, technical assistance and good at analyzing/ solving problems in contribution of team efforts and organizational improvements. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and motivational, with proficiency in open communication and collaborative work.
