I preferred to be called Eunice. I have been in the customer service industry ever since I started working. I've been handling inbound calls, I do outbound sometimes as well. One reason I particularly enjoy this business,it's because I love to talk to other people and the challenges that go along with it. I am willing to be trained at all times, I'm a fast learner person, hardworking, can work as a team member or alone under minimal supervision. What I am looking for now is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and can enhance my skills or even learn new skills.
