I am knowledgeable with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs such as TripAdvisor, HomeAway, VRBO, and the likes. I am proficient in using Property Management software such as Guesty. Familiar with help desk software like HelpScout and online processing software like Stripe. I have experience in using project management software such as Asana, Atlassian, and Trello. Proficient in using MS Office Suite and G-Suite.
