My specialty/forte is eBay listing specifically SEO, product descriptions, title building etc.

Have had almost 5 yrs of experience handling eBay US and UK customers e.g buying,selling, acct security, buyer protection and trust and safety.

I was cross trained to handle all channels(phones, chat and emails) and will have no difficulty in handling customers in these channels.

I've also handled a leading Australian mobile telco assisting mainly Billing Issues, mobile and internet usage explanations and some other tasks from time to time.

I've also completed several product research projects in another hiring platform and currently is still with a long time client doing product research for his growing eBay store.

Given the chance and ample instructions, I can work independently without much supervision needed and can commit my time and expertise in any task I undertake.
