I have been working in the call center industry for almost 7 years in total, as a customer service representative for international clients. I handled a mix of voice and non-voice accounts, for advertising, telecommunications, and a bit of technical support. The longest that I have been was with an Australian company wherein we cater to business owners and assist them in organizing their advertisement with us. With that, we were also trained to do after-sales support as account managers.
With years of experience, I believe that I was able to learn and contribute at the same time. I have learned the importance of loyalty and passion in what I do and to think outside of the box.
As I progress, I was able to discover a lot of things that I can do and also what I need to be improved. I can proudly say that I am one of the most consistent in our team when it comes to being a top performer. This has made me more confident in speaking and dealing directly with our customers which I believe would be a good advantage in the role.
