In my most recent role as HR & Admin Manager at Maeler Incorporated, I was responsible for managing HR operations end-to-end, including payroll administration, employee engagement, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring. I ensured accuracy in employee records, facilitated onboarding and offboarding processes, and provided operational support that strengthened overall organizational efficiency. Prior to this, I worked as an HR Business Generalist with Abbott Laboratories (UAE) and supported American brand operations such as Applebee’s, where I gained hands-on exposure to U.S. payroll processes, HR compliance standards, and cross-border team collaboration.
