I graduated BS in Entrepreneurship from Bohol Island State University which taught me how it feels to be a business owner by being responsible and financially literate. I have 4 years of Customer Service and Technical Support Experience. I worked with Hotel Reservations, Airline Reservations, Security Camera Support, and US Telco. During my BPO journey, I learned to multitask, think out of the box, extend my patience, and listen to the customers without being affected emotionally by their frustration.
