I've been working for almost 10 years now and I had broad experience when it comes to different job industries such as Customer Service (Phone, Chat and Email), Inbound Collections, Risk Management/Fraud Analyst and Online-English Tutorial Job. I have strong decision making, research and analytical ability, communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. For almost 6 years of my Fraud Management experience I've learned a lot of things such as reviewing and analyzing online transactions to identify fraudulent activity. Protecting the business in identifying potential Money Laundering, Fraud, and other Financial Crimes in a fast moving, multi-streamed, international service. Help to prevent any fraudulent activities before they become fraud. 
Now moving forward as a Customer Support we professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly (thru phone, chat and email). We also Interact with company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
