Over the course of my career, I have honed my skills in Business Analysis, Project Management and Customer Service in areas such as Human Resources and Information Technology. My strengths include being independent, a goal-setter, having a positive mental attitude and flexibility in working with different types of people. I am also detail-oriented and very eager to learn and improve myself day by day.

On the technical side, I have over two years of Functional Experience in support of SAP HR module specific to the areas of Organizational Management, Personnel Administration and basic configuration and support of Time Management and Payroll. I have one year experience as a SAP HR user. I am ITIL Foundation v3 certified.
