Hello, my name is Carmela and I've dedicated over 20 years to serving in the fire service. Throughout my career, I've held a diverse range of roles, including firefighter, communications officer, administrative support, finance liaison officer, and dispatcher. This breadth of experience has given me a unique perspective on the intricacies of emergency response operations, from the frontline to behind-the-scenes coordination.

As a firefighter, I’ve been trained to handle a variety of high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of my community. In my communications and administrative roles, I’ve worked diligently to streamline operations, manage finances, and ensure efficient dispatching to support our teams in the field. My extensive experience has not only sharpened my ability to manage complex situations but also reinforced my commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement in every aspect of emergency service.
