I have over 5 years combined experience in the customer service and recruitment field. I am experienced in dealing with customers and candidates’ superiors alike, who may be angry, frustrated, sad, dissatisfied and overpowering. Building connections with these types of people is not a piece of cake, especially not with any clues you can see or a minimum you can hear. With all of these, over the years, I have shown accomplishments in dealing and managing their concerns via telephone, email or chat without compromising. I also had leadership roles and tasks as assistant team lead, team lead and quality assurance specialist. I dealt with employees of different attitude and beliefs leading them to excel in whatever they do. Before all these, I was an office assistant for a church pastor for more than a year. We seldom see each other as I was going to school at the the same time. He would just leave some notes on my desk of the the tasks needed to be done for the day and I could tell that he was very satisfied of how I handled all the busy tasks and schedule of being a church secretary and admin at the same time.
