Hi! My name is Ma. Belen Gonzales-Bermachea. Graduated a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from FEU in October tel:1990. I bring a strong foundation in Graphic Design through self study and creations for my community, Copywriting, and extensive Customer Service experience of 20 years with Technical Support. My background combines creative design skills with effective communication strategies enabling me to craft compelling content and committed to excellence and continuous learning in a dynamic, clientfocused environment.

Currently holding the position of a Re-Key Agent, I am a Detail-oriented Re-Key Agent with strong observational skills, specializing in verifying and analyzing customer data for accuracy. Committed to ensuring data integrity and delivering exceptional service through meticulous review of information, enhancing efficiency and client trust.

I thoroughly check the requirements submitted by customers to get approved for the reimbursement application

and to also see if application was original, fraudulent or edited, also making sure that there are no multiple entries for the same customer, no inconsistencies, no missing information nor missing entries so that there are no more discrepancies for approval.
