Hi! I'm Angela. Let me share a little something about myself.

I went to Lyceum of the Philippines University and studied Bachelor of Science in International Travel and Tourism Management.

I've been in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative, handling communication and solving customers' complex issues through live chat and email. Here, I was trained to use some MICROSOFT OFFICE software as part of my everyday workload. Hence, I am very experienced with WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and other tools like ZENDESK, TWILIO FLEX, UJET, JIRA, and SLACK. Being in this industry for this long has also honed my communication skills, and I have really handled a lot, learned a lot, and gained a lot of other skills. I'm very much confident that I am more than prepared to face a new world, and that is freelancing.

Since I've started freelancing, I've been an "ONLYFANS" chatter for more than 1 year now, working with clients, and helping them sell their content by engaging with their subscribers/followers through live chatting. I feel a sense of achievement whenever I get commendations from my clients for my QUALITY SERVICE. I'm also very flexible and can adapt quickly to working schedules so I don't mind working extra hours for extra jobs given to me. Helping my clients, by providing them with what they need has really become one of my passions.

I have also worked "COPY-TYPING, PROOFREADING, and PDF to WORD CONVERSION" job for a client where my job is to re-type PDF to TXT for my client's E-books, and I am able to finish more than 10 pages of my client's book per day. I was done with 7 days worth of work within 5 days. I also love typing jobs like this because reading is one of my hobbies.

The most recent job I've been doing is PRODUCT LISTING. With basic photo and video editing, I've been helping my client/s upload photos of their products, creating, organizing, and optimizing product descriptions to provide an eye-catching list of products.

Working while I can stay at home and be productive at the same time, so I can provide for my kids' needs, I know I'm not only ensuring the safety of my family's health by staying at home during this pandemic, but also ensuring our financial needs.
