I have worked in the BPO industry for seven years while juggling school and office. After being in the front line for 2 and a half years, I was promoted as a quality analyst so I am very keen on providing service that is beyond what is expected from me. After 3 years as a quality analyst, I was given the chance to become a language trainer and that was a turning point in my career. Having that experience led me to become more responsible in the growth of the organization that I am in. As a freelancer, I have helped the companies I've been with by helping my team understand the flow of work and tools that are used to be more efficient thus, resulting to great results. My years of experience and having the chance to work with diverse people made me adaptable to change. Human resource is my major in college, I graduated top of my class and this is an area that I have specialized in as people engagement is something that all companies should promote.
