A Bachelor Degree holder who graduated in 2019 took up a (BSBA) Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in financial management.

• worked at a BPO company as a Customer Service and Sales Representative focused on customer relationships and Sales. worked on both International and local accounts to maintain customer records by updating account information and helping and assisting customers with local and international services regarding their concerns and orders.
• worked as a home-based agent in an Auto and home insurance company in the states. Managed both inbound and outbound calls to customers to process their insurance and to ensure all paperwork is filled out and properly filled in order to put policies in place.
• worked as an Operation specialist and a Genetic advocate in OpenMed (home-based). handled General secretarial duties and phone calls for both inbound and outbound to different doctors and patients around the states.  Including Emails, schedules, and appointments, assisting customers, deliveries, and even pick-ups.
