Hi there! My name is Aira, and I have over 10 years of experience working remotely in roles like client onboarding, customer and technical support, account management, sales development, and lead generation.

I assist customers through email, live chat, and phone.  In my most recent role, I worked with a company that offers a SaaS website platform designed for artists and photographers to sell their work online. I was responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring their successful launch on the platform. by conducting Zoom training sessions to walk them through site setup, configuration, product features, and best practices.

I’m very comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new systems and tools. In my past roles, I’ve worked with a variety of platforms like Salesforce,Intercom, and Zendesk—and I’m always excited to learn more. Whether it’s a new CRM, communication tool, or support platform, I can usually pick it up quickly and start using it effectively.
