I'm 29, a mother of two and I lived in Bacolod City, Philippines. I love to travel before and hang out with my friends. I love to cook. I am an undergraduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing Management. I started working in the BPO industry way back in 2011. After a year of taking in calls I was promoted to a Quality Assurance Specialist. We do live monitoring, evaluate calls, coach, and provide feedback to our agents. We update them every day with the team TOP opportunities for improvement. I resigned and worked as a Virtual Assistant/Sales Representative in one of the BPO here in Bacolod, it's like a Work from home setup since you can also communicate directly to your client. Recently, my contract ended with First Vibes as a customer service representative. We answer questions using Facebook and Instagram. We use Shopify to create invoices and update customers' orders. We also use slack for communication and google suite for data entry.
