My name is Lydia Cuervo, Coach, Behavioural Analyst, Development & Leadership Consultant.

My career and professional competence come from more than 20 years of international transversal entrepreneurial professional experience acquired in the United Kingdom, Russia, and Spain. 

My passion is to help people achieve their full potential, supporting them throughout their journey of attaining self-awarness, self-love, personal development and emotional competence to be open to love and the innumerable life opportunities. Achieving their relationship goals, making their lives shine!

Throughout my career, I have provided coaching, consulting & mentoring services across Life & Career Coaching, Personal Development, Professional Development, Leadership, Personal Branding, Talent Management, Business and Legal Consulting. And have led an insightful and plentiful life in which I have expanded my behavioural competencies above 85%, gained shrewd cross cultural skills working with clients and establishing richfull relationships with a multitude of people of different cultures, countries and different levels social and economic backgrounds.

I have acquired a broad knowledge of human nature and dimension: I am certified as a Behavioural Analyst, as a Personal Development Consultant, expanding my education in Integrative Person Centered Counselling and getting a Masters in a broad array of humanistic areas such as Empowerment, Coaching, Leadership, NLP, Emotional Intelligence. I have travelled, worked, volunteered and relocated to other countries: UK (London), USA (Virginia) and Russia (Siberia). 

There is nothing I like more than to work with people and help them to be aware of their uniqueness, believe in themselves, be able to open to love and live for who they really are and build meaningful and long lasting relationships!
