My long-term experience in customer service whether over the phone or in-person had honed the skills I never knew I had. Doing part-time jobs as a waitress on fast-food chains during my college days was my first training ground. It made its way to a more extensive drill when I started my BPO career. Years of experience made me acquire the different skills-set required to render multitasking jobs needed for business improvement and growth.

My work experience is not limited to what I mentioned above. I also had ESL online teaching, social media management, and chat/email support experience.
