Hello! I'm a billingual Virtual Assistant with more than two years of experience working remotely in customer service, appointment setting, and administrative support. I've worked with companies in the healthcare and real estate industries, and I genuinely enjoy helping businesses stay organized and run smoothly.

I started my remote journey as a Real Estate Assistant for a company in the U.S, where I supported agents with scheduling, communicating with clients through calls and texts, and assisting with listings. I also participated in internal meetings to improve our processes and help the business grow. This experience taught me how to manage time effectively, stay organized, and deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced enviroment.

Later, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a physical therapy clinic, where I helped patients schedule their appointment, handled customer service, and worked with CRM systems for data entry and tracking. I also tested internal tools and supported the team in improving the clinic's digital operations. I enjoyed being part of a team that cared about patient care and professionalism.

My most recent role was with a wellness spa called BodyRejuvenation, where I continued developing my customer service and appointment setting skills. I provided clients with information about services, booked appointments, and supported internal meetings to improve the client experience. Working in both medical and wellness enviroments allowed me to become more adaptable and client-focused.

I'm proficient with Google Workspace and various task and scheduling platforms. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and teams.

I'm reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. I love helping teams stay on track, making clients feel valued, and being the kind of assistant that makes things easier for everyone. I work great independently, and I'm always looking for ways to improve and contribute more.
