I worked as a Clerical/Admin Staff for 22 years in various Industry such as Data Processing, Management Consultancy, Real Estate, and School/Training Center. Through this, I was able to develop and enhance my versatility and flexibility in handling various task such as file management, data entry, and Admin support. After that I joined the BPO Industry as a My main task is to answer customer’s queries and help them with their concerns. I have handled various accounts such as Telecommunication, Online Shopping and Healthcare. I have been with the industry for 4 years now and this is where I was able to fully develop my customer service and communication skills. Getting to deal with various people from all walks of life has not only developed my patience but also my understanding. Currently I am working as an Administrative Assistant for a Fashion Training Center. It is still on its start-up stage so basically I help organize everything.
