I have long experience of working with social development organization. My qualification is Master in Social Work (MSW). I have started my work as a social worker in the beginning and later in the course of time I became project coordinator. Within these 27 years of working with the poor and disadvantages I gathered experience of working on the issues of education, health, environment, off and on farm livelihood development, disaster preparedness, rights based issues of scheduled tribe and scheduled caste, minor girls etc.While addressing above issues, I have gathered knowledge and skills of assessing the situation, analyzing the same and based upon that preparing integrated development plan, implementation of the proposed activities, monitoring and evaluating the same to track the objectives set forth.

Besides looking after the project as a project coordinator, I also work as a documentation officer for the organization. Under the documentation I use to prepare half yearly and annual progress reports of different projects of the organization. In addition to that I also devote time for writing proposals for the organization. Of course I am quite new to this aspect.

With regard to computer literacy, I am comfort with Ms-Word, Ms-excel, power point etc.
