Being better in what I do is my biggest challenge to myself. You will like me because aside from always meeting my deadlines, I always get things done. People do not just need skills to be successful but should always act and think logically.
I have a lot of experience in customer service, sales and technical support. I also used to be the point of contact for customer/client escalations. I'm great with tracking information with a keen eye for details (skills I have acquired and developed with my recent work as a Compliance/Fraud Manager).

I used to work for an SEO company making sure projects are met based on deadlines coordinating with other departments involved.
I know how to fulfill orders in AliExpress via Oberlo/Dropified. Also, I have experience sending bulk orders to suppliers directly using the data from Shopify. I am familiar with what to filter and even know some formulas in Excel to make it easier for me too. I know and understand the urgency of processing orders in a daily basis and most importantly having a keen eye to details as accuracy is also essential when dealing with orders.

I have a background with Customer Service as I worked with BPO call centers before as an agent eventually as a manager
I understand the urgency of answering emails/chats right away (within 24 hours as much as possible)
I do not rely on templates but I use them as a guide when responding. Every customer needs a personal response and a template may be nice as a guide but has to be edited at times
I am used to dealing with Chinese suppliers in AliExpress/Alibaba via WeChat/WhatsApp
I sometimes dispute orders (if supplier is not cooperative) with no tracking information, not as described (photo asked from customers as proof)
I ask questions and make sure to take note of pertinent information as basis of having the same scenario again
I ask confirmation of my knowledge and understanding of a matter and often do a recap of things discussed with my employer
I share my knowledge to other VAs I managed to also make their lives easier. I find others are just not designed to lead but can be good followers so I also train them if necessary via Skype Screen Share or Team Viewer
I am punctual and I also do not find an excuse being late working from home. In some cases, I give early notifications in case I am unable to make it in time which is rare
I work with initiative and would say with “common sense”. This is the part that cannot be taught to anyone
I have a workspace at home that is quiet, I would say organized in a way
I have a Sky Cable Broadband Connection of up to 50 MBPS with a ready back up from Globe in case my primary internet connection goes down
It is very rare that we experience power outage in our area (maybe once a year or none at all)
