Dedicated to work as freelancer, offering consulting services, with more than
15 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), a s well as
Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems. My experience to manage
projects on this kind of systems goes from the feasibility and viability studies
to select the best system according to the customer needs, until its
implementation and post-implementation supporting and consulting. Analysis
of business processes to determine problems and propose improvements.

REGIONAL ERP SUPPORT COORDINATOR / LOCAL IT MANAGER- -
I coordinated the staff for Latin America, that give support to the ERP, CRM, and
different BI tools. One of the main responsibilities was to drive the KPIs related the
tickets posted, in order to manage the support services, and consultancy given to all
users in Latin America, with the main purpose to improve the ticket resolutions month
by month, with the use of different reports and tools obtained on the Service Desk
portal according to the ITIL practices and policies from IT corporate.
I Implemented some standard procedures focused on business processes in Latin
America, and achieved the ERP implementation in Australia, participating in the data
migration from the previous ERP to the company standard, as well as the
parameterization and configuration of the different modules.
I trained different user groups from different departments such as Sales, Purchases,
Warehouse, Accounts, receivable, and payable accounts, etc.
I was on charge of the security configuration according to the segregation of duties
(roles, permission, groups, etc.) in _Latin America.
As a local IT manager my responsibilities was oriented to the LAN administration,
Server upgrades, configuration, and support, as well as coordinate to different IT
suppliers related to LAN data cabling, internet services, CRT, etc.
Responsible of the IT purchasing (laptops, desktops, printers, switches, Wi-Fi, and all
system devices).
Laptop and desktop installation and configuration, failure detection, warranty claims,
IT inventory. User trainings on the computer applications and systems like MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, etc.) as well as some corporate tools
and apps.
Responsible of Backup process of company information on tapes and their safeguard
storage with a specific solution provider.
Responsible to maintain and update the DRP information according to IT corporate
policies.
Responsible to maintain and update all the SLA signed with all IT/IS providers.
Responsible of fixed and mobile telephony, smartphones updates, installations and
configurations, etc.
Responsible of CRT system and some other applications.

I was responsible to coordinate and manage the customer supporting and
maintenance area. I was in charge of project management for the implementation of
local and wide area networks. I provided support and advice to clients in Novell and
Windows operating systems, in LAN and WAN networks, in Microsoft SQL databases,
in email systems in Lotus Notes and Microsoft Exchange, and in the installation and
configuration of servers and PCs under Windows environment., as well as desktop
applications such as Microsoft Office.
