Being a part of the ServiceDesk, I have worked for more than 15 years giving technical support to users, attending tickets and providing solutions to both technical problems, applications, and knowledge in LATAM region.

Now I am working as a freelance-consultant, and my interest is to be a part of a IT support staff, in order to continue giging support to users, customers on different IT issues.
