,now I have a position as an Inbound Enrollment Specialist & Sales Support Agent for two electricity companies in Texas, with hopes of starting a new stage of my life that includes landing a long-term position with a US based team, that allows me to grow personally and financially to achieve my goals. The following are some tasks I am responsible for in this company.

  • Responsible for Inbound Calls to enroll customers in electricity service. 
  • Work pending enrollments and release orders.
  • Verify and approve documentation.
  • Process information via Inbound and outbound emails.
  • Track interactions, manage and create databases, and report information daily (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Office)
  • Outbound calls to follow up on pending orders.
  • Assist and provide exceptional customer service. Keep records, calendars and company information accessible.
