Possess 13years experience in the call center, marketing and Telecommunication
businesses. Operated as a Closer, Sales Executive, Customer Service Agent on
incoming, outgoing, plus cold calling calls; Further more I’ve operated as a
coordinator of internal sales presentation presenter and marketing agent for a
prestige company called McRoberts Protective Agency. The last 3 years and 10
months of the 6 years living in Nicaragua, I worked for SITEL executing the work of
customer service, credit report advisor with sales and retention quotas on incoming
calls. I also worked at Managua Call Center for the Geeksonsite a remote computer
repair company performing the job of Sales Executive, Troubleshooting, and
Customer Service. I worked 1 year and 10 months with the company. Currently, I
am self employed working as a freelancer utilizing my artistic and graphic
designing skills creating Logos and T-shirts for local businesses.

their use of the computer they were going to purchase. I would have to make sure
