I possess 20 years of experience in the call center, marketing, and telecommunications industries. I have operated as a Customer Service Agent making incoming, outgoing, plus cold calling calls, other positions I`ve operated are as a Closer, Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Marketing Leader, and Operating Manager.

 I have also previously worked in a marketing team in which through elaborate presentations we had to justify past budget commitments and show the returns to ensure the future budgetary health of marketing for different clients. 

Currently, I manage a call center managing different campaigns successfully. My goal is to continue providing quality work to other companies that might need services that the call center is currently managing offers. Services that consist of making inbound, outbound, and even call calling by agents which professionals, dedicated and fluent in the English and Spanish language. Some of the aptitudes our agents offer are the following:
