Graduated as Engineer in Mechanical and Industrial sciences with a Master degree, I'm a 20 years experience professional with proven experiences in :

• product design, 

• production and global supply chain management, 

• corporate transformation, 

• customer services sales and support 

in the aeronautical field.

I've developed processes in SAP for ERP functions, developed marketplaces for customer purchases and trained workforces and users (internal, external as customers). I've coded in spreadsheet to automatized repetitive tasks and improve productivity. Part of my track record, I've written several specifications for digital services that were developed and tested in Agile/Scrum methodologies as well as "waterfall"methodology. Thanks to a PMI certification, I'm confident in leading large scale projects involving budget, costs, planning and resources.

Across my international assignments in France, South Korea, Germany, Spain and Indonesia, I've developed skills for writing and translating from/to French/English technical documentations, presentation materials, commercial contracts and official communications using adequate languages command.

Most of my career was also to deal with suppliers and customers in complex intercultural environment.

I like dealing with analytics, financial and problem-solving issues. I worked rigorously and aimed at self learning to overcome obstacles. 

To strengthen on my hard skills, I've also acquired full pro efficiency in common Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.

Finally, I've been participating in Outlier projects for training as Expert reviewer in French the new generation of AI models with focus on Safety such as harmful / benign prompts and responses from bots.
